The room hire prices stated are for Jan-Dec 2010 and are for the main room only. The Member's bar is not available for hire. The terrace overlooking the lake is for communal use, however fishing members rarely drink in large numbers at The Marle Inn because of restrictions on unattended rods. The side terrace, with double door access from the dance floor area is available for erection of marquees and bouncy castles if required.

Full Day Hire
£750.00 inc VAT

The full day rate is recommended for wedding receptions. The venue is available from 9am on the day for decoration, and then onwards until 11pm. We can get an extension allowing the bar to open until 11.45pm for a small extra charge (see below).

Evening Hire
£550.00 inc VAT

The venue is available for use from 6pm until 11pm. Again we can extend the bar opening times until 11.45pm for a small extra charge (see below). You are also welcome to come and decorate the function room between the hours of 11am and 3pm on the day of booking. Access can be granted at other times subject to arrangement with management.

18th and 21st Birthday Bookings
£575 inc VAT

The venue is available between 6pm and 11pm. Again you are welcome to decorate the function room between 11am and 3pm. We are only to obtain extended licences for 21st birthday parties.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DUE TO PAST INCIDENTS WITH CUSTOMERS HOLDING 18TH AND 21ST BIRTHDAY PARTIES IT IS NOW COMPULSORY FOR US TO HAVE OUR ON-SITE BALIFFS PRESENT TO DEAL WITH ANY SITUATION THAT COULD HARM THE SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT AND FISHERY.

Deposits

Upon original enquiry we will reserve any available date for up to two weeks. Bookings will be secured, and confirmed, upon receipt of a deposit  for Full day hire is £500 and for other functions it is £300.Deposits are only refundable if written cancellation in person is received six months prior to the date of function. 

Bringing Your Own Food

We are happy to cater for your function (please see our example menus), however if you wish to supply your own food you can. A fee of £80 is made for this. Use of our Kitchen is NOT permitted. We do not allow outside hog/Spit roast caterers as this is something we offer on our menus.

Bar Extension

The charge applied for extended bar opening hours is £35 incVAT. The latest the bar will open is 11.45pm.
