We see ourselves at The Marle Inn as a flexible venue to suit a wide range of requirements. From 3 and 4 course sit down meals for the more formal occasion to the more casual spit roast. Room Hire Prices 2011

Full Day Hire
£850.00 incl VAT 

The full day rate is recommended for wedding receptions. The venue is available from 9am on the day for decoration, and then onwards until 11pm. We can get an extension allowing the bar to open until 11.45pm for a small extra charge (see below).

Evening Hire
£550.00 incl VAT

The venue is available for use from 6pm until 11pm. Again we can extend the bar opening times until 11.45pm for a small extra charge (see below). You are also welcome to come and decorate the function room between the hours of 11am and 3pm on the day of booking. Access can be granted at other times subject to arrangement with management.

18th and 21st Birthday Bookings
£575 incl VAT

The venue is available between 6pm and 11pm. Again you are welcome to decorate the function room between 11am and 3pm. We will only obtain extended licences for 21st birthday parties.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DUE TO PAST INCIDENTS WITH CUSTOMERS HOLDING 18TH AND 21ST BIRTHDAY PARTIES IT IS NOW COMPULSORY FOR US TO HAVE OUR ON-SITE BALIFFS PRESENT TO DEAL WITH ANY SITUATION THAT COULD HARM THE SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT AND FISHERY.

DJ

we Have a regular DJ available for discos and karoke

£280 for afternoon and evening

£225 for evening only functions

If you supply your own DJ there will be a small surcharge of £25

Extension

To extend the bar hours till 11:45 a small charge of £40 is made.

Bringing Your Own Food

We are happy to cater for your function (please see our example menus), however if you wish to supply your own food you can. A fee of £90 is made for this. Use of our Kitchen is NOT permitted. We do not allow outside hog/spit roast caterers as this is something we offer on our menus.

Deposits

Upon original enquiry we will reserve any available date for up to two weeks. Bookings will be secured, and confirmed, upon receipt of a deposit, the deposit for Full day hire is £600 and for evening only functions it is £400. Deposits are only refundable if written cancellation is received six months prior to the date of function.

Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to the function date
